Shift Pursuit's structures team in Cape Town is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to contribute to a diverse portfolio including shopping centres, offices, high-rise apartments, hotels and industrial developments.

You will liaise with clients and the professional team, conduct site inspections and support project delivery while coordinating tasks across multiple projects with the structures team. Strong communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• BSc or BTech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years’ structural engineering experience.
• Experience using Revit and Tekla.
• Project management skills and the ability to conduct site inspections.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a professional team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to structural engineering projects across retail, commercial, residential, hospitality and industrial developments.
• Liaise with clients and other members of the professional team.
• Conduct site inspections and support project delivery.
• Manage tasks across multiple projects while working closely with the structures team.
