Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed stress analysis , fatigue analysis, and vibration analysis on mechanical components and structures using FEA software.
• Develop and validate finite element models, ensuring accuracy and reliability of simulation results.
• Interpret simulation results and provide clear, concise recommendations for design modifications to enhance structural integrity.
• Collaborate with design engineers to integrate analytical findings into the design process from the early stages.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency with FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar platforms.
