Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering with solid mechanics/structural analysis specialization
• Minimum 8 years of stress analysis/FEA experience
• Expert proficiency with leading FEA packages (ANSYS, ABAQUS, NASTRAN)
• Strong understanding of material properties and failure theories
• Experience with experimental validation techniques and data correlation
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to manage complex projects and mentor juniors

Key Responsibilities
