You will conduct in-depth data analysis, build insightful reports and dashboards, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes. Strong quantitative skills and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of strategy consulting, business analysis, financial analysis, or related analytical work.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data analysis, modeling, and interpretation.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with statistical software or programming languages (R, Python) is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work on-site in East London, Eastern Cape.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry analysis and competitive intelligence gathering.
• Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop insightful dashboards and reports to track KPIs and project progress.
• Support the development of strategic plans, business cases, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather data, validate findings, and formulate recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for client stakeholders, clearly articulating findings and proposed solutions.
• Assist in the implementation of recommendations and monitor their effectiveness.
• Contribute to knowledge management and best practice sharing within the consulting team.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development and client outreach.
