Placements24 is seeking an ambitious Management Consultant to join our Johannesburg team. You will analyze client needs, craft data-driven strategies, and work with senior consultants to implement changes that improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will present findings to stakeholders, draft compelling proposals, and help identify new consulting opportunities, contributing to a high-performance, growth-focused environment in Johannesburg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in management consulting, strategic planning, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify client needs, operational inefficiencies, and areas for strategic improvement.
• Develop and implement data-driven recommendations and strategic plans tailored to client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to manage change, ensure adoption of new processes, and drive project success.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and proposals to communicate findings and strategic recommendations effectively.
• Support business development activities by identifying opportunities for new client engagements and contributing to proposal writing.
