Location : Remote (South Africa-based) Full-Time | Department : Performance Creative Salary : Competitive with Monthly Performance Incentive At FMG Digital, we're one of SA's fastest-growing performance marketing agencies, working with e-commerce brands in beauty, fashion, wellness, and skincare.

In 3 years, we've scaled 60+ brands by up to %.

Now we're looking for a new breed of creative strategist.

What You'll Actually Do

You will own % of creative strategy across 5-8 e-commerce brands.

Deeply understand each brand's product, customer, and market position.

Analyze ad performance (ROAS, CTR, CAC, scroll / watch time) to spot trends.

Come up with hooks, angles, and offers that drive sales.

Write ad copy, headlines, UGC scripts, and testable creative ideas.

Create briefs for the creative team to execute on.

Collaborate with a video editor and UGC creators to bring your video ideas to life.

Work closely with a media buyer who launches and scales your ads.

Reporting into and brainstorming alongside our Creative Director.

What We're Looking For

You live and breathe e-commerce.

You understand the difference between a pretty ad and a profitable one.

You have strong taste and good instincts.

You know why an ad performs and how to improve it.

You are a builder, not a bottleneck.

You write, design, and adapt quickly; you take ownership.

You treat the brands you manage like your own.

You are open to training and growth, but you come with hunger and curiosity.

Minimum Requirements

Years in a creative, ad, and e-commerce marketing role.

Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.).

Comfortable writing hooks, primary text, and ad copy.

Bonus If You...

Know CreativeOS, Foreplay, or Motion.

Have directed or shot UGC content.

Use ChatGPT, Midjourney, or AI tools to increase your output.

Want to grow into a Senior Strategist or Pod Lead as we scale.
