Job summary

Hired is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics across regions, drive supplier relationships, optimize inventory, and ensure on-time delivery of goods. The role requires a track record in coordinating complex supply chains and implementing cost-reduction strategies.

You will develop and execute supply chain strategies, negotiate with suppliers, monitor stock levels, collaborate with procurement, logistics and production, and analyze performance data to remove bottlenecks

Qualifications

Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance, cost structures, and risks.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Monitor inventory levels across warehouses to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess holding costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and production to align on demand forecasts.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements.
