Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of procurement, purchasing, or related sourcing experience.
• Good understanding of procurement principles, sourcing methodologies, and contract management.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience in the Eastern Cape market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and market trends.
• Support the negotiation process for contracts and service level agreements.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor their performance against agreed-upon metrics.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
