Placements24 is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing strategies for critical manufacturing categories from Rustenburg, North West. You will drive supplier due diligence, lead negotiations, and align procurement with engineering, operations and finance teams to secure cost-effective, compliant supply chains.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, SCM, engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years in strategic sourcing/procurement, manufacturing focus.
• Proven track record in leading complex sourcing initiatives and cost savings.
• Expertise in contract law, negotiation strategies, supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data.
• Excellent leadership and communication, able to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with global sourcing and international suppliers.
• Proficiency with procurement analytics tools and ERP systems.
