Placements24 is seeking a strategic Sourcing Manager to lead critical sourcing initiatives in the Richards Bay area. You will develop and execute strategies to deliver cost savings, mitigate risk, and drive innovation across key spend categories while collaborating with senior leadership.

The role requires building long-term supplier relationships, leading RFx processes, contract negotiations, and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings and value through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market intelligence.
• Excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with e-sourcing tools and procurement best practices.
