Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for high-value spend areas, focusing on cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supplier innovation.

• Lead complex sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) and negotiations with global suppliers, securing optimal terms and conditions.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key strategic suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal business units to understand their requirements and align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance against contracts and establish corrective action plans when necessary.

Requirements
