Qualifications

• National Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related formal qualification.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to manufacturing drawings.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing principles and supplier evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Localize manufacturing of fabricated, machined and C-Class parts.
• Assist development and execution of local and international sourcing strategies.
• Full accountability for buy and deflation targets.
• Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier risk.
• Communicate with engineers and SQEs to ensure product requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and amendments with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Material Planner to align forecast with production needs.
• Maintain validated items in the material master with correct sources.
• Perform monthly supplier scorecards per SLA KPI.
