Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for team and client on operational issues.

• Lead weekly client program meetings and operations discussions.
• Document client-specific processes and exceptions.
• Lead sourcing activities from RFx to proposal evaluation.
• Analyze proposals and present concise summaries to clients.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
