Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Service Intergration Manager to oversee infrastructure services and align contractual obligations with delivered services for assigned customers in South Africa. You will plan and direct systems integration consultancy to enable clients to gain competitive advantage.

The role requires 5 years of IT Service Integration Management experience, including 2 years in a management/supervisory capacity, and relevant NQF6 level qualifications with ITIL certification.

Qualifications

• NQF 6-level qualification in Computer Science or Business.
• 5 years IT Service Integration Management experience, with 2 years in a leadership role (or 7 years with 2 years in leadership).
• ITIL certification and active memberships in industry associations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute towards the Service Management strategy and define the SIM service strategy for the customer to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee service management in alignment with high levels of quality, standards and operability as defined within negotiated service levels and contracts.
• Lead the resolution of escalated incidents and monitor post-resolution follow-ups to ensure issues are addressed.
• Develop and manage the implementation of processes to deliver services during disasters or major outages, ensuring continuity for the customer.
• Manage and oversee multiple large-scale projects to successful completion within scope, budget and SLAs.
• Provide detailed guidance to project teams on service management issues.
• Manage operational risk, budgets and forecasts within financial guidelines for the customer, coordinating activities to meet revenue and cost targets.
