Job summary

Blacksmith Agency seeks an Organic Search Manager to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients, shaping the technical roadmap and content priorities. You will be the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

You will manage technical SEO tasks, keyword strategy, content coordination with writers and AI, and reporting in GA4 and Search Console, while liaising with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.
Fluency in English for US clients.
Agency experience across multiple clients.
Ability to lead technical SEO roadmap.

Responsibilities

Own technical SEO across client book.
Define keyword strategy and content priorities.
Coordinate with writers and AI for drafts.
