Job summary

The Construction Education & Training Authority (CETA) seeks a Senior Manager: SCM to lead and optimize the entire supply chain management function. This role ensures compliant, transparent, cost-effective procurement and provisioning in line with legislation and approved policies.

Key duties include developing operational plans, enforcing policy compliance, implementing risk controls, and steering supplier performance and contract management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Senior SCM management experience is required.
• Experience developing and implementing SCM policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large teams in a regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop an Operational plan aligned with the SCM strategy.
• Ensure staff alignment with the operational plan and policies.
• Create performance metrics and monitor achievement of targets.
• Develop and update policy and procedure documents as needed.
• Oversee annual procurement planning and supplier management.
• Ensure compliance with SCM policies and regulations and manage risk.
