Job summary

Blue Pearl HQ is seeking a Senior Rewards Project Manager to lead large, complex initiatives across multiple workstreams in Cape Town. You will define project vision, develop plans, and oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget results with a hands-on rewards program focus.

The role requires experience in rewards environments, agile delivery, and senior stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

End-to-end project management of large, complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
Rewards program lifecycle management and optimization.
Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid environments).
Project governance setup, planning and execution management.
Risk, issue and dependency (RAID) management across multiple teams.
Stakeholder management at senior and executive level.
Delivery of multiple strategic rewards or transformation projects.
Consolidated project reporting (status reports, dashboards, RAID logs).
Agile ceremonies and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Setting up the overall project structure, including governance forums, roles and responsibilities.
Coordinating and facilitating workshops with stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors.
Developing and maintaining a consolidated project plan with clear milestones for each work-stream.
Tracking progress across all teams and providing consolidated reporting to stakeholders.
Managing dependencies, risks, and issues across business and technical teams.
Overseeing contracting and engagement with external service providers or vendors as required.
Ensuring alignment across business, technology, compliance, and operations stakeholders.
Providing regular communication and updates to senior leadership on progress and blockers.
