RMB in Johannesburg seeks an Executive Assistant (Research) to drive growth by shaping and delivering strategy with executive leadership and teams. You will project manage strategic activities and ensure delivery of key objectives in partnership with management.

Responsibilities include building cross-team relationships, facilitating strategy sessions, drafting strategy documents, and monitoring action items and governance dashboards to track progress and risks.

Qualificações

• 2+ years as an Economic Analyst or equivalent
• Experience supporting strategy development and decision making
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and governance
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships across teams to enhance delivery and collaboration.
• Integrate information to inform strategic decisions and problem solving.
• Plan and assist in strategy sessions and offsites.
• Develop and roll out strategy and business plans; facilitate workshops.
• Track actions and ensure timely completion; monitor risks and issues.
• Lead end-to-end project management from scope to delivery.
• Prepare strategy documents, presentations, minutes, reports and briefs.
• Collaborate with internal/external advisors and stakeholders on projects.
• Create governance structures and dashboards to monitor progress against strategy.
• Review financial results and budgets to align with business strategy.
• Conduct local and international research on banking developments.
