The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field (MBA preferred), with 6+ years in procurement, including 2+ in management.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of procurement experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement team, setting performance goals and guiding the staff.
• Develop and implement comprehensive purchasing strategies to meet objectives and budget requirements.
• Oversee sourcing from supplier identification to contract management and performance monitoring.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and risks to ensure resilient supply chains.
• Negotiate favorable pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and finance to align purchasing with business needs.
• Enforce procurement policies to ensure compliance and ethical practices.
• Manage inventory levels to support production while minimizing costs.
• Analyze procurement data and prepare regular senior management reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and supplier management.
