Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM/Business Admin or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement or supply chain, with 3+ years in management.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and category management.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement analytics tools.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work model (remote + on-site).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team, fostering high performance.
• Oversee sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity.
