Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in procurement with at least 3 years in a management/supervisory role.
• Proven track record developing and executing procurement strategies.
• Expertise in negotiation, contract management and vendor relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire procurement process from sourcing to contract management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
• Develop and implement category management strategies for key areas.
• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and risks.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure performance and compliance.
