Job summary

Saab orders and logistics team seeks a Project Planner to drive delivery from SGD through proactive planning and collaboration with stakeholders. The role ensures a smooth flow of materials and information, coordinating with PMO, procurement, finance and production planning to meet customer orders.

The successful candidate will manage SOW-driven tasks, optimize TAT for repairs, and maintain visibility across LRU/SRU/test equipment resources, while escalating issues to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex planning, forecasting and product lifecycles programs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Supply Chain Management.
• Understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory principles and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact towards PMO and manage customer orders across workload.
• Coordinate repair planning, execution and pre-defined products.
• Provide TAT optimization and perform financial/resource calculations for SGD 90 days TAT.
• Define work from SOW with time-cost-performance priorities and delegation of authority.
• Support procurement in delivering buying forecast for projects.
• Collect information and maintain a visible plan to meet a production order.
• Oversee project demands and stock movements as required.
• Arrange meetings with stakeholders to share delivery status and obtain information.
