Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Project Manager to lead medium to large projects across technology, property and engineering. You will work in a fast-paced environment, applying Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies, mentoring teams and ensuring governance and delivery excellence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive change while maintaining stakeholder alignment and reporting through PMO tools such as Jira, MS Project and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent required.
• Diploma or higher suitable for the role.
• PM qualifications (PMP/CAPM) preferred.
• Certification in PM practices (PRINCE/PMBOK) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to large projects across technology, property and engineering.
• Ensure governance, visibility and delivery using PMO standards.
• Mentor teams on Agile best practices and drive transformation.
• Coordinate with product managers to translate epics into actionable tasks.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
