Job summary

ManpowerGroup Malta is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee plans, timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts. You will coordinate campaign launches and manage intake and workflow to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, planning and communication skills, with a track record of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment. Certification in PMP/PRINCE2/Agile is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4+ years project management experience in an agency/marketing or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com or Jira.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification will be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple accounts.
• Coordinate campaign and project launches to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate project intake and workflow management.
• Resolve resource and scheduling conflicts with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates and reporting.
• Maintain project management processes, tools, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
