Job summary

ManpowerGroup Malta is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple client campaigns from planning through delivery. You will coordinate schedules, milestones and resource needs across teams, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

In this fast-paced agency environment, you will work with the Marketing Coordinator to prioritize requests, manage stakeholder expectations and continuously optimise delivery processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PM experience in marketing, creative, or agency settings.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Asana, Monday.com or Jira.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing-priority environment.
• Comfortable owning projects across different teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from initial planning through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.


• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and delivery plans across various client accounts.


• Coordinate campaign activities and ensure launches are aligned with business requirements and timelines.


• Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to manage incoming project requests and allocate work accordingly.


• Collaborate with department managers to address resource constraints and balance workloads across teams.


• Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders and senior management.


• Maintain project management systems, workflows and supporting documentation.


• Identify potential delays or delivery challenges early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.


• Review completed projects to identify opportunities to improve processes and overall delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' project management experience within a marketing, creative or agency environment.


• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.


• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com or Jira.


• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


• Comfortable taking ownership of projects while working across different teams.

Advantageous

• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile project management certification.


• Previous agency experience managing varied client accounts and campaign deliverables.
