Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the programme vision and integrated roadmap across multiple projects/workstreams.
• Translate strategic priorities into a governed programme with clear outcomes, dependencies and success measures.
• Own the integrated programme plan and advise on sequencing, scope boundaries and investment priorities.
• Lead governance forums with sponsors and executive stakeholders to ensure decision-ready information.
• Mobilise senior leaders and subject-matter experts around shared programme outcomes and delivery.
