Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and create momentum and ownership where needed, focusing on practical delivery and stakeholder alignment in a dynamic mining and industrial context.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Demonstrated practical project management experience is valued over certifications.
• Formal Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end accountability for assigned BME projects from initiation to closure.
• Convert objectives into clear scope, milestones, deliverables, and success measures.
• Establish realistic project plans and governance rhythms to support delivery.
• Manage risks, dependencies and constraints in complex environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around outcomes.
