Job summary

Omnia Group's BME division seeks a Programme Manager to translate strategy into coordinated change programmes across mining and related operations, delivering measurable outcomes from multiple projects.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, govern benefits realisation, manage executive sponsorship, and drive continuous improvement in complex environments.

This permanent role is based in Fourways, Gauteng; submission closing date 14 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy execution and multi-year programmes.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Experience engaging with executive sponsors and governance forums.
• Ability to lead without direct authority in matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the programme vision, roadmap and outcomes.
• Translate priorities into a governed programme with clear milestones.
• Own the integrated plan and sequencing across projects.
• Lead executive governance forums and secure timely decisions.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across regions and teams.
• Realise benefits and ensure continuous improvement.
