Job summary

Araxi Group seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end management of strategy, execution, planning, organising, negotiating, staffing, directing and controlling of projects to ensure successful implementation of programmes.

You will model capacity requirements, drive capacity planning, optimise budgets and participate in strategy planning to align with corporate priorities, while developing senior staff and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years in a project environment, with 3-5 years in senior management.
• PMP, Prince or PGMP certification is required.
• MBA or SMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model capacity requirements across a full project portfolio.
• Drive capacity planning and align with strategic priorities.
• Set up and manage branch budgets against financial model.
• Lead strategy planning for the function and drive improvements.
• Recruit and develop senior staff; monitor team performance.
• Ensure delivery meets targets and drives competitive capability.
• Coordinate cross-functional solutions and stakeholder management.
