Hire Resolve is seeking a Product Manager to act as the internal mini-CEO for an IT product, owning the full lifecycle from inception through operation to retirement. You will manage TCO, budgets, and vendor relationships while driving ROI and aligning with security/compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent.
• Product certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, SAFe PO/PM) advantageous.
• 5+ years in IT Product Ownership or related roles with P&L accountability.

Responsabilités

• Own full lifecycle of IT products from inception to retirement.
• Define formal Product Definitions (Canvas & Charter).
• Maintain 12+ month rolling roadmap across multiple swim lanes.
• Drive ROI with KPI-linked, data-backed decisions.
• Review invoices, manage budgets, and act as financial gatekeeper.
• Manage vendors through SLAs and trend analysis.
• Ensure security, privacy (POPIA/GDPR) and risk posture.
• Engage stakeholders, map sentiment, and lead business reviews.
