Job summary

Hire Resolve seeks a Business Analyst / Product Owner to transform a shipment visibility portal into an intelligent, intuitive digital platform. You will lead the full lifecycle from discovery to launch, partnering with IT, Commercial, and Operations to ensure value-driven delivery.

You will champion a simple, modern UX, work with UI/UX and engineering teams, and drive adoption across global teams while tracking KPIs and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing B2B digital products or platforms.
• Strong grasp of Agile delivery, product discovery, backlog prioritization, analytics, and user journey mapping.
• Functional understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, data integration, enterprise applications, and modern AI/automation concepts.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management in a global, matrixed, and remote-friendly environment.
• Product management software, MS Visio/BPM tools, basic SQL.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, Zoom, and modern Agile management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and execute the product roadmap for myJAS and related digital customer experiences.
• Partner with IT, Commercial, Operations, and senior leadership to align product strategy with business goals.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, adoption potential, business impact, and strategic importance—focusing on meaningful outcomes over feature requests.
• Deeply understand customer supply chain workflows, pain points, and digital expectations through direct engagement and data analytics.
• Analyze, redesign, and standardize business processes across global and local teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Capture user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements; build early consensus with SMEs and operational leaders.
• Champion a simple, modern customer experience across myJAS in collaboration with UI/UX designers.
• Participate in prototyping, user testing, and workflow reviews to simplify complex logistics processes.
• Evaluate practical use cases for AI (generative, agentic), automation, and predictive analytics with Engineering and Data teams.
• Monitor digital trends across freight forwarding and SaaS sectors to identify differentiators.
• Lead end-to-end execution: discovery, design, build, test, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Integration, Data, Cybersecurity, and third-party vendors; coordinate with core enterprise systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, write test scripts, lead functional testing, and coordinate release management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for myJAS across business and IT units, managing priorities and trade-offs.
• Drive platform adoption with Commercial and Customer Service teams; produce clear user guides and training materials.
• Establish and track KPIs covering active usage, digital transaction volume, self-service rates, customer satisfaction, and efficiency gains.
