Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing and/or buying roles.
• Experience in contract management and legal awareness.
• Proficiency in advanced MS Office tools and ERP systems.
• Strong supplier engagement, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to supplier sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and launching Requests for Quotations with suppliers.
• Leading project negotiations and preparing Business Awards.
• Monitoring procurement project Quality, Cost, Delivery, Time (QCDT) and legal project evolution.
• Managing supplier contract execution and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Ensuring on-time delivery and quality, particularly during ramp-up phases.
• Building and maintaining effective supplier relationships through proactive engagement and regular site visits.
