Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement for assigned categories of goods and services.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers meeting quality, cost, and ethical standards.
Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Process purchase orders and requisitions accurately and timely.
Maintain supplier databases, contracts, and performance records.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and provide solutions.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance; identify risks and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Assist in cost reduction initiatives and value engineering efforts.
Resolve supplier issues and discrepancies effectively.
