Formación

• Must have a degree in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft.

Responsabilidades

• Process assigned purchasing requests, including price analysis and vendor evaluation.
• Ensure supplier products are available in approved catalogs for online ordering.
• Provide customer service to requestors by explaining policies and resolving issues.
• Source goods and services throughout the procurement lifecycle with guidance.
• Assist in ensuring invoices and payments are completed accurately and timely.
• Complete special projects of limited complexity as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and business partners.
