Job summary

Trending Talent Solutions is seeking a procurement professional in Mpumalanga to source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage stock orders across packaging, ingredients and general store items.

The role requires a 2-year diploma in procurement and 1–3 years of procurement experience; duties include contract admin, data capture, and adherence to RPM standards. On-site posting with cross-functional finance collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 2 year diploma with Procurement qualification.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in a Procurement environment.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery schedules for projects.
• Resolve supplier and creditor queries to fix problematic invoices.
• Place packaging, ingredient and general store stock orders on time.
• Ensure RPM requirements with 3 quotes and proper authorisation.
• Liaise with Head Office on national contracts and tender processes.
• Capture data accurately into the finance system and file contracts.
• Coordinate ad hoc spreadsheets and intercompany charge documentation.
