Voith Turbo is seeking a Procurement Manager in Gauteng to lead the purchasing team, sourcing materials for projects, and ensure data integrity in Navision. You will evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and drive strategic procurement aligned with policy.

Role requires 5–8 years in procurement, familiarity with MRP/MPS, and experience with local and international suppliers. Strong leadership and fiscal insight are essential for meeting B-BBEE and supply targets.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years’ experience in >R300M pa Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with import/export processes and both foreign and local suppliers.
• Strong commercial contracts negotiation skills with suppliers.
• Deep knowledge of MRP and MPS principles and practice.

• Lead Purchasing team and source materials for projects with suppliers.
• Negotiate supplier terms to optimise price, quality and delivery.
• Manage ERP data, purchase orders and tracking in Navision / Business Central.
• Develop supplier base, ensure 92% on-time delivery and compliance.
