You will manage daily buying, negotiate terms, expedite open orders and RFQs, and maintain internal controls while driving cost savings and compliance with SHEQ requirements. A focus on customer service and alignment with business processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

Responsibilities

• Optimal procurement for the respective plant areas
• Negotiate terms and conditions
• Execution and adjudication of tenders and site meetings
• Daily buying
• Expediting of open orders and RFQ's
• Maintain and enforce internal control and procurement procedures
• Assist Accounts Payable with invoice queries
• Obtain savings through the procurement process
