Job summary

PwC South Africa Technology & Innovation Centre (SATIC) is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the UK Procurement team within PwC's Finance function. The role involves managing supplier contracts, due diligence, risk management, contract administration and Source to Pay activities in a global context.

The successful candidate will oversee intake requests, negotiate third party agreements, and ensure compliant procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Technology literate with understanding of AI fundamentals.
• Experience with procurement frameworks, processes and guidance.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake requests for procurement and sourcing support.
• Negotiate and execute third party supplier contracts.
• Support Source to Pay best practice including PO adoption and supplier onboarding.
• Manage contract administration, expiry reviews and record housekeeping.
• Conduct third party due diligence and ensure risk procedures are followed.
• Support sourcing activities to deliver service quality and commercial value.
