Job summary

WNS in Centurion seeks a Business Process Analyst to map and document core processes, reviewing manuals with process owners and business units. You will map discussions into formal procedures and ensure accurate stakeholder inclusion.

You will gather data, translate SME input into process maps and support change management. Experience with DMAIC/DMADV and common modelling tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified BPMP or Lean Six Sigma or PMP preferred.
• 2-3 years' experience in business process modelling mandatory.
• Experience with Visio/Bizagi/Lucidchart/SharePoint/D3M or similar modelling tools required.
• Working knowledge of RPA tools beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality tools (Cause and Effect, Fishbone, Scatter, control charts) in DMAIC/DMADV.

Responsibilities

• Model and map business processes; document procedures with process owners and units.
• Gather and analyze information to inform process mapping.
• Translate SME and stakeholder discussions into process maps and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline or improve processes.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders; act as modelling SME.
• Collaborate with SMEs to include relevant stakeholders in manuals.
