Job summary

Biovac seeks a Senior Programme Leader to drive the company’s 2035 growth strategy, translating enterprise goals into disciplined, cross-functional execution. You will lead a high-performance PMO, coordinating manufacturing and commercial initiatives while mitigating risks and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years senior programme, transformation or programme leadership experience in biotech/pharma/manufacturing.
• Proven success building strategic execution programme offices from scratch.
• Experience with C-suite interactions and Exco governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Biovac’s 2035 growth portfolio across manufacturing and commercial targets.
• Translate enterprise strategy into integrated execution plans and governance.
• Convene workstream chairs to track progress and resolve interdependencies.
• Provide executive reporting, dashboards and risk-based insights.
• Drive governance, risk management, and benefits realization across the portfolio.
