Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies in Midrand seeks a Project Coordinator to drive People & Culture projects end-to-end, owning workstreams, milestones and budget within scope. You will apply governance standards, track risks and support change management while engaging stakeholders and sustaining high-quality delivery.

The role focuses on employee experience, organisational effectiveness and compliance with POPIA and labour laws, reporting progress to the People & Culture Lead.

Qualifications

• Senior Certificate and a relevant diploma or degree in HR, Business Admin, Project Management or related field.
• 1-3 years of project coordination experience in People & Culture with multi-workstreams, governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end planning, delivery, monitoring and close-out of People & Culture projects.
• Own workstreams, milestones, budgets and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain risk registers, change control and governance documentation.
• Engage stakeholders, prepare agendas, packs and minutes for governance forums.
