Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Head Office team in Midrand. You will coordinate strategic and operational People & Culture projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery within budget and quality, through planning, governance, reporting and change support.

The role emphasises stakeholder engagement, risk management, data analysis and improvement of employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Senior Certificate or equivalent with a relevant diploma or degree in HR, Business Admin, Project Mgmt or Organisational Development.
1–3 years of project coordination experience in People & Culture or related environment, handling multiple workstreams and governance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end planning, implementation, monitoring, transition and close-out of People & Culture projects.
Own workstreams, deliverables, milestones within scope, timelines, budget and quality standards.
Translate objectives into charters, plans, schedules and measurable success criteria.
Manage resources across concurrent projects; identify constraints and escalate delays.
Maintain change control and document lessons learned to strengthen future delivery.
