Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Admin, Marketing, IR) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management in non-profit or related fields.
• Proven track record of building and managing complex partnerships.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and prioritize potential strategic partners aligned with the mission.
• Develop and execute a strategy for cultivating and managing partnerships.
• Lead negotiations for partnership agreements with clear objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for key partners and foster strong relationships.
• Develop and implement joint initiatives with partners to achieve shared goals.
• Monitor progress and impact of partnerships and report ROI.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and events for partners and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events.
• Stay informed about sector trends, funding opportunities, and collaboration avenues.
