Placements24 in Mahikeng is seeking a strategic Partnership Development Manager to identify, cultivate and manage strategic alliances with organizations, businesses and community groups to expand reach and impact of charitable work.

You will lead negotiations, develop partnership strategies, manage MOUs, and track outcomes while building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to support program delivery and organizational growth in the North West province.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in contract review and management.
• Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential strategic partners and collaborators.
• Develop and execute strategies for establishing and nurturing partnerships.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and MOUs.
• Manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Represent the organization in meetings with potential and existing partners.
• Track the progress and impact of partnerships, reporting on key outcomes and opportunities.
