Arjo is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in South Africa to lead end‑to‑end supply chain and warehouse operations. The role focuses on inbound/outbound logistics, inventory optimization, demand planning, and customer delivery performance.

Ideal candidates bring advanced Excel skills, experience with Sage X3, and a proven track record in leading operations teams within healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution settings. The position emphasizes process improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.
• Experience leading and developing operational teams.
• Experience managing inventory, warehousing, and distribution functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end operational activities: inbound coordination, outbound distribution, inventory management, and customer delivery performance.
• Develop and implement inventory control processes; manage stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Plan and manage demand forecasting and supply planning with Sales, Finance, and Procurement.
• Lead and develop warehouse and operational staff; drive performance reviews and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards; drive improvements in delivery performance, inventory turns, and cost optimization.
