Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee its Mahikeng-based operations in the North West province. The role focuses on directing daily activities, optimizing resources, and driving productivity while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will lead a dedicated team, implement process improvements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the Mahikeng site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management or a related leadership role.
• Proven experience in process improvement and efficiency optimization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and operational software.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all operational activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
