Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; NQF Level 7 or equivalent.
• Experience in operations, planning, and leadership within financial services or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Contribute to annual and long-term business planning; forecast KPIs and build business cases.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve objectives; manage performance and accountability.
• Supervise service operations and develop short- to medium-term work schedules.
• Identify improvements to processes and drive change management initiatives.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advise on design of new processes and systems meeting professional standards.
