Job summary

Old Mutual is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee Front of House, Client Services, Contractor Management, Financial Administration and Operational Support in Cape Town. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage SLAs, and maintain financial controls to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years’ experience in finance administration and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Minimum 5-6 years' experience in finance administration, customer-centric service delivery, stakeholder management and service level management.
• Proven track record in monitoring and managing SLAs, service provider performance, and service delivery in a facilities or operations context.
• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Front of House, Client Services, Contractor Management, Financial Administration, and Operational Support functions to ensure seamless service delivery and strong customer experience.
• Serve as central coordination point between clients, service providers, finance, facilities management and operations teams.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed to standard and records are maintained.
• Manage service provider accounts and payments, monitor invoices and expenses, support budget tracking and tenant billing.
• Compile and distribute reports, monitor service performance and compliance, identify operational risks and maintain documentation.
• Lead Front of House teams with a customer-focused culture and provide coaching and performance feedback.
