Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architecture Leader to own the full technology solutions architecture lifecycle across requirements gathering, design, vendor selection, costing and governance in a multinational context.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with global teams and stakeholders, craft technology and system roadmaps, set standards and policies, and drive secure, scalable architectures that align with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/OT related fields.
• 8+ years in a corporate IT/OT environment, in senior leadership roles.
• 8+ years' experience in IT/OT technology architecture.
• Experience in a related technical field (application development, deployment/implementation, and infrastructure).

Responsibilities

• Lead full technology solutions architecture lifecycle, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, design, costing, and non-functional optionality.
• Mentor and develop staff members and collaborate with global teams across client, supplier, and dispersed virtual teams.
• Develop technology and system strategies and roadmaps to address business strategy, and implement governance and policies for IT/OT matters.
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across a culturally and geographically diverse organization.
• Provide design support to projects and business groups to ensure secure and efficient architectures.
