Job summary

Agricruitment Limited is seeking a self-disciplined finance professional to support the Packing Services business units. The role requires independent work, strong interpersonal skills, and travel between three sites with base in Grabouw.

Reporting to the Group Financial Manager, you will drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to improve profitability. The ideal candidate has a BCom in Management Accounting or equivalent with CIMA/SAIPA, 5+ years experience, and at least 2+ years of

Proven ability to model financial scenarios and KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve monthly management packs, forecasting and budgeting processes.
Ensure compliance with Group Finance objectives and translate them into efficient operations.
Maintain effective communication with Group Finance across sites.
Interpret financial data, adjust forecasts, and report findings to stakeholders.
Review internal controls and assess financial and operational risks.
Support packhouses with financial analysis and propose process improvements.
Manage and challenge capital expenditure requirements.
Review procurement practices to ensure compliance with best practices.
Conduct cost accounting to support operational KPIs.
Develop activity-based cost and revenue models to improve profitability.
